Lastly, as the playoffs are underway, we would like to send a reminder to all CYB members —

Yes, we love the energy. We love the passion. Competition is fun — but disrespect isn’t.

Arguing with umpires on judgment calls? That’s not cool.

Shouting rude or inappropriate comments from the stands? Also not cool.

Showing up under the influence at a youth baseball game? Absolutely not cool.

Being rude to a volunteer? You guessed it — not cool.

Let’s remember why we’re here: to give all 957 CYB players a season to remember for the right reasons. Difficult moments are chances to teach, to lead, and to show our kids what real sportsmanship looks like. Every time we overreact, we lose that chance. 

So let the small stuff go. Be kind. Be supportive. Be the example. Let’s make this playoff season one to be proud of — for all the right reasons.

All tickets for Pony Day at Petco Park are SOLD OUT!

You can still purchase your own tickets for the game through ticketing vendors and join in on the Parade before the game.

CYB will once again host the Pony 13U International World Series from July 24th – July 29th.

CYB is looking for adults who want to volunteer during the tournament. Volunteer options include prepping fields in between games, helping at the snack bar, running Game Changer, managing scoreboards, announcing the games, selling tickets at the door, and helping at the merchandise table.

If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the volunteer interest form here. You will be contacted prior to the tournament with the schedule and more specific information regarding volunteer options.
