SPRING 2025 SEASON KEY DATES

* Friday, November 11thRegistration opens

* Saturday, January 11thAssessments (Pinto and above)

* Saturday, February 1stFirst Practices begin

  • Specific dates, times and locations to be distributed by coaches to their teams once team formation is completed

* Presidents' Day Weekend (02/15/25 - 02/17/25): No practices 

* Saturday, March 1st: FIRST Games; OPENING DAY

* Saturday, March 22nd: Picture Day

* Saturday, May 10thLAST Games for all divisions

* Saturday, May 17th: CYB v. LCYO Champions Day

 SPRING 2025 ASSESSMENTS ARE SATURDAY, JANUARY 11!!

 

Additional Information will be added closer to Assessment Day. 

 

Players registered for Spring (Pinto level and above) will need to attend assessments.

 

NOTE: Foal (4/5U) and Shetland (6U), along with confirmed Manager/Coach kids for all divisions will not assess and do NOT need to attend assessments. If you have any questions, please contact your division Commissioner or division Player Agent.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ASSESSMENTS

 

Assessments are mandatory for all Pinto, Mustang, Bronco and Pony players to be eligible to be drafted. Any players who do not attend assessments will be randomly added to a team after drafts have been completed. We STRONGLY encourage participation in assessments.

 

  • Please adhere to your assigned time slots. All players will check in at the registration table at their respective fields and placed into the next available assessment group based on the order of arrival

 

  • Players should have their own baseball equipment including a glove, batting helmet and bat (no guarantee league equipment will be available during assessments)

 

  • Baseball practice attire is preferred, but cleats are not required

 

  • As assessments are completed, please exit the field and area immediately so the next group can come through
